His Royal Highness Prince Faisal ibn Meshaal ibn Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al Qassim Province patronized, in his office, on Thursday 29/11/1440 H., the signing of a partnership agreement between the General Directorate of Education in Al Gassim and the National Center for Assessment (NCA).
The agreement was signed by the Director General of Education in Al Qassim Mr. Saleh Al-Jasser and the Director of Computerized Testing​ Department at the NCA Mr. Saleh Al-Salim.

The partnership agreement aims at involving the community institutions in improving education and developing its products, achieving the goals and aspirations of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, enhancing social responsibility and instilling positive values in line with the role of the educational sector in serving the community and raising awareness among all community members. This comes as part of the NCA’s commitment towards improving education and serving students in the province of Uqlat as Suqur??? as well as in all regions and provinces across the Kingdom.

His Highness the Governor of Al Qassim expressed his appreciation of this agreement which aims to serve education in the region and across the Kingdom and thus help students pursue their academic journey and achieve their aspirations in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030.  His Highness also commended the partnership agreements between the Department of Education in Al Qassim and a number of government and private entities, praising the efforts of Al-Qassim Director of Education and his colleagues.​

For his part, the Director General of Education in Al Qassim Mr. Saleh Al-Jasser stressed the Directorate's keenness on community engagement as a basic principle for community development. He stressed the importance of community sponsorship of and participation in educational activities and promotion of successful partnerships and cooperation agreements with public and private institutions, such as the NCA, noting that such efforts stemmed from our aspiration and commitment towards fostering community development.
